Teachers: username, email, and role assignments entered by school administrators.
Students: name, gender, admission number, class enrollment, and academic scores entered by school staff. Student data belongs to the school and is never shared with third parties.
Contact form submissions: name, email, school name, and message content.
Usage data: anonymised activity logs (page visits, login events) for security and platform improvement.

3. How We Use Your Data

To provide and operate the RMS portal for registered schools.
To respond to contact and support enquiries.
To send important platform updates and security notices.
To improve the platform based on anonymised usage patterns.

4. Data Storage & Security

Each school's data is stored in an isolated SQLite database on servers hosted by WebHostMost. We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS enforcement, access controls, and regular backups. Passwords are never stored in plain text in production environments.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed only when required by Nigerian law or to our hosting provider strictly for operational purposes.

6. Data Retention

School data is retained for as long as the school's account is active. Upon account termination, data is deleted or returned to the school within 30 days upon request.
